In love with the new looks
I spent a good portion of the day at this Starbucks location for meetings, and Jay assisted me several times. I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor with every customer. This is truly an excellent location with outstanding service.
I usually order a matcha latte with oat milk, and it’s my go-to drink—so I know exactly how it should taste. Since the renovation, there have been several instances where, despite confirming my order carefully, the drink is still made with regular milk. As someone with a dairy sensitivity, this is not just a preference—it’s a health issue. It’s frustrating that the same mistake keeps happening, even after I double-check my order. Unfortunately, I had to visit another store today just to get the correct drink.
When I go to Starbucks, I know I am overpaying for coffee, but it's really frustrating for that overpriced coffee to only be a little over half full when they hand it to you.
