Probably has the worst service on the planet these dudes just can’t do their job.
I ordered my drink at 10:08 this morning. Just the perfect time to get to my church which is right across the road by 10:30. However I did not get my coffee til 10:48. I was embarrassed as I had to walk into church 20 minutes late because this sucky Starbucks couldn’t make my one drink. Instead they stood there talking about their crappy weeks and all the stuff they have to do when they are keeping me from all the stuff I have to do. I would honestly rather kill myself with a claw hammer than ever go here again. I ordered my coffee at 10:08 and didn’t get my coffee until 10:48. Everyone in line behind me got their coffee before me because they “forgot” to make it. If I could I would give this place a 0 star, never come here.
Ordered a the new matcha latte with lavender cream that they have a big ole sign for, no lavender cream. Oh well, I got strawberry instead, waited 30 mins for a cup of green frothy milk with a spoonful sized drop of strawberry foam. Literally zero matcha flavor just green milk. Thankfully the strawberry cream made it slightly enjoyable to finish
