when someone pays for a milk substitute and you still decide to ignore the customer by putting whole milk it defeats the entire purpose of paying extra for the dairy free option. You think we enjoy overpaying for something we can't drink. it hard enough to work in a hospital but to also get ignored sucks big time as a longtime customer.
Drinks and food are always delicious and well-prepared! Workers can occasionally be rude and slightly condescending.
It's a gamble. They get rushed bad between 11-3 everyday because that's when everyone wants coffee. If you go then, you'll be waiting for an hour for your coffee--but that's not their fault. However, I go early every time I go (7-9) and sometimes it's just bad. I get an iced bsg oatmilk with light ice. Sometimes it's perfect. Sometimes it's straight espresso with a tablespoon of milk and no syrup. Sometimes it's straight milk. One time they gave me 9 million pieces of ice. Like 2 sips of actual coffee then done.
