My husband went today and ordered 2 large frappuccinos. A lady with the name tag COY made him 2 smalls. He told her he ordered large and she said he never said "grande" he told her that he ordered and paid for large. She got annoyed then dumped the smalls into the large cups. He asked her to make it correctly and she said it doesn't matter that it's upside down. The lead is not very kind. i order a drink with mocha sauce, which other locations never have an issue with. this is the second time that the lead at THIS location has treated me like i’m stupid. i don’t ever write mean reviews but this is the second time the fred meyer location/the same woman has taken my order and just been rude about it .

I did door dash for someone and can't believe how they messed up her order and all they said was sorry... I did ask them to remake it for customer because they put customer order in a different bag. That's why I kept waiting and asking. I almost left the store without the order because they said someone had pick it up and no, they had it in a wrong bag... UNBELIEVABLE!!! 38 minutes of customer and myself waiting for less than 2 mies distance.
