I don't know what this employee's name is, but a young woman working the counter has been rude and disrespectful every time I've seen her working and taking my order. Not only is she more interested in drawing on her notepad than greeting or taking my order. She always has an attitude, unaware that she has a line of customers in front of her, and when picking up items to purchase, she yelled at me not to touch the products on display for purchase. Never any line but always have to wait. It was a bogo deal excluding drip coffee and hot tea. Order two drinks an ice coffee and a refresher. Charge for both and said refresher was not including in the deal but the sign doesn’t say anything about refreshers. There’s times when I go and just stood there. No line and the barista just pretends to be busy and ignores you until you leave. Better off just going across the street to the other Starbucks.
