Ordered 2 drinks, one was a caramel macchiato triple shot with extra caramel drizzle...it definitely is not that. ...it is very weak tasting Very disappointed. My biggest problem was the lack of customer service in the drive thru ....it was pretty much null and void...the only thing that was said to me was my total. This was my first and last time at this location.
I was here Sunday July 13 2025, I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and vanilla. I elected no tip, I was the only car in the drive up window, I received coffee, not hot, not warm, close to cold. Why ? For not tipping ? You don’t deserve a tip for pouring a cup of coffee! Well I don’t have to buy coffee at Sevenbucks !
if the girl named jazzy wasn’t extremely condescending and rude i think she’d would actually be pretty. today was my first time in this cafe and all i can say is i’m scared to go back. my drink was really tasty tho!
One of my fav in Tucson! Today it’s Ricky, Kaden and the gang but for the last year everyone at this location has always been the best! This location they truly know how to enhance the experience. Kudos! Keep Ricky as the face of your afternoon shift… his killer smile and welcoming vibes are irreplaceable!
