If Starbucks wanted to invent a new drink called the Melted Coffee Swamp, they nailed it. Unfortunately, I didn’t order that I ordered a Frappuccino. What I got instead was this (see photo): a sad, sludgy separation of foam, coffee, and mystery chunks that looks like it gave up halfway through blending. The texture? If you ever get the urge to order a Frappuccino at the Starbucks on Finn Way, do yourself a favor: don’t. You’ll get more satisfaction blending ice and dish soap at home. I ordered this Frappuccino — a drink so basic it’s practically Starbucks 101. What I got instead was a sad beige sludge that tasted like skim milk and regret. Never again both are the same coffee name, size, and customizations. Second pic is the newest disaster. This store doesnt do well and the coffee was very bitter like old ground. I couldn't stay cause I had to work

Thank you very much for making our final states side stop one to remember!🩷 the Baristas here are fantastic, from one barista to another. Had over-the top service from Tammy who gave us a good chat at the front and also gave us extra sriracha once seated, Casey who warmed our breakfast and cut my sandwich for me and Fiona who made delicious drinks. All the perfect start to our long morning drive back to Canada Thanks Summit Starbucks! Will see you again surely :)

This Starbucks used to be one of the better ones around, but lately it feels like they’ve just given up. The café is always grimy, the trash cans are perpetually overflowing, and the cream carafes are somehow always empty like it’s a game to see how long customers will wait for a refill. The charging ports under the booths? They don’t just fail, they practically mock you by draining your phone instead. Six months ago this place felt organized and reliable. Now it’s fallen completely off my list of go-to Starbucks locations.
