My drink had a hair in it, which is insane for a $7 drink I won’t be drinking now. Furthermore, the lady in front of me practically had her drinks thrown at her by the window worker. Drinks were all in the parking lot and spilled down the side of her car. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been through. Careless and rude.
Coffee is simple, but when you change the name of simple things like caramel and have three varieties of the same thing, you never will get the order right.
