I go to this Starbucks frequently never have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. I normally let it slide since we never know what someone is going through.But today i order a dragon fruit refresher and it was just coconut milk and cold foam looked nothing like the picture. i also was not greeted or even spoken too. Never have had a great experience here and most likely never will.
I was the only person in line for five minutes. I did not get a “hello” or a “be right with you”. I understand being busy, but the atmosphere was cold and unkind.
Look, I’m not here to start drama. I’m just here for my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso: light ice, three pumps, half sweet, extra cinnamon, don’t judge me. They act like its a burden to place an order. I had to wait a long time to get my drink and other customers got their drinks before mine. they ignored me and didn't tell me my drink was ready.
