I visited the Starbucks inside Target in Leominster and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, the two employees said they were not taking orders because they needed time to clean the store. However, during this time, I noticed they were talking and laughing with friends who were being served before us. It felt inconsistent and unfair, especially since we were waiting and expecting to be attended to like other customers. The atmosphere at this Starbucks is cozy and perfect for studying or meeting up with friends. The coffee is consistently good, but I've noticed some inconsistencies in service during busy hours, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a decent spot, just be prepared for potential wait times.
Half the time I go to this location they tell me they can not accept gift cards. The other half of the time I’ll wait 15 minutes in line only to be told they are not making food.
Visited this Starbucks, 1st time. Paola greeted me, helped with purchasing $40 Starbucks giftcard for my friend's Birthday. Then She & her cool team of Barista's crafted me Best Damn Caramel Macchiato had in years! Wasn't just a cupful of steamed milk, frothy foam & a Lil' caramel...This one had some Espresso, robust kick, body & tasted awesome! It Rocked! Thank you, guys.
supposed to stay open til 8pm but like many stores post Covid they close at 7:45pm to make sure they have enough time to clean up and leave on time. Wish my Boss let me do that . Please stay open until the time you post as closing.
