Since christmas, I have came into this location three times. The first time I came in the girl who took my order was polite and smiled. She even told me to have a good day when she handed me my drink. I left a tip. The second time I came in, I did not tip as when the girl handed me my drink I said, thank you have a good day. Faith helped me today with my drinks. I order my drinks all 4 venti size NO ICE (pink drink, mango dragon, green tea, and a cold brew vanill). Faith pour all my drinks 3/4 full and said because there is no ice on them the cups, it looks a little empty! What the heck! I never had my drinks cut short just because I don't want ice on them I paid full price for all venti sizes. Not a full Starbucks location, doesn't have bean-to-cup machines, only drip brew. The counter person was very nice.
My car broke down and was parked next to Starbucks. The team was super nice to me and said I could stay in the cafe until my car was towed and I arranged a ride. They made a crappy morning nicer.
The staff were great! Ordered my items, and they were very fast in getting it to me
