Almost always severely understaffed. It takes 30 minutes to get a drink made here unfortunately, and still nobody seems to be in a rush.
We were recently at the store. My two grand daughters ordered on line. I went to pick up an item in hyvee. When i was done they were still waiting. I noticed that one of the staff left and came back after awhile with 3 cartons of milk. As their orders were still not up one left to use the restroom. Still no order. My oldest granddaughter asked about their order. The staff looked perplexed and said the labels were not printing so they were mixed up. Located in a grocery store, the staff were super friendly and professional. Prepared my drink quickly and perfectly.
