My batista was Jackson, I had never visited this Starbucks before and he was super kind and helpful. He got my drink exactly right and was patient and polite. I haven't had my order taste that well in months! Awesome service!
Almost always severely understaffed. It takes 30 minutes to get a drink made here unfortunately, and still nobody seems to be in a rush.
We were recently at the store. My two grand daughters ordered on line. I went to pick up an item in hyvee. When i was done they were still waiting. I noticed that one of the staff left and came back after awhile with 3 cartons of milk. As their orders were still not up one left to use the restroom. Still no order. My oldest granddaughter asked about their order. The staff looked perplexed and said the labels were not printing so they were mixed up.
