My barista was Jackson, I had never visited this Starbucks before and he was super kind and helpful. He got my drink exactly right and was patient and polite. I haven't had my order taste that well in months! Awesome service!
For as much as they promote their app, the employees here seem to pay no attention to it. I placed an order 10 mins before arriving. When I got to the counter there were no other customers and the employee was kind of oblivious while stocking up. When I got their attention they claimed my order had "just" arrived. I wound up waiting another 10 minutes. Even then, my order for a venti with half & half and sugar contained none of the latter and barely a teaspoon of dairy. No wonder Starbucks is having to shutter stores.
