I ordered an Americano via mobile this afternoon at USAA Building G Starbucks. Label clearly says Half-and-half creamer. There's no cream in this cup.
UPDATE on 11/8: PLEASE hire someone who can figure out how to keep G Building Starbucks stocked. As I posted a month ago...see below... The G Building Starbucks can't keep their most popular breakfast sandwich stocked. Who is doing the ordering? Why can't they keep the most popular breakfast food item in stock? Order more double smoked bacon sandwiches.
The lazy woman who sits on a stool and takes people’s orders is very rude, she doesn’t even greet you, she just stars at you up down then waits for you the speak and continuously messes up my order. Then when I’m waiting for my order they just call out the drinks and not even names, today when I ask an employee who did a coffee belong too because the name was unreadable, she said “I don’t know it’s just a white mocha” . Everytime I come it’s an annoying and horrible experience. Will be filing further complaints.
