Observed interaction w barista w pink hair where she raised her voice over customer, while the customer was trying to get help correcting her order. The customer just stayed calm. It was really embarrassing and unfortunate.... Another barista was unable to clear up confusion about a gift card and when I asked follow up questions she started getting visibly frustrated. Just horrible defensive aggressive staff :/ What looked like the lead barista stood by watching.
Staff at 10:45 am 6/21 were anything but friendly. No type of greeting whatsoever, no smiles. Each one seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. Don’t work in a customer service position if you don’t like serving customers. Those 3 young women are giving the kind staff at Bashas a bad name. They all were giggling and all said “ I didn’t do anything” ….you can say that again! Bye Felicia !
This location wouldn't redeem the birthday reward. I think I'm finally done with this coffee chain.
It was closed at 9am on Wed even though it said it was opened on Google Maps.
