I have been coming here for a while and I've always been able to get a refill of coffee or tea after I've gotten coffee, and this one girl said the policy changed but everyone else disagreed. You'll be better off going to the Starbucks next to the panda express on sparks and prater.
i accidentally ordered at northtowne since i used to work out there and recently transferred to this area of town, everyone was super nice about making me my order and didn’t make it seem like any inconvenience!! thank you guys
