Starbucks is always a favorite treat and usually a pleasant experience with awesome customer service, VERY DIFFERENT FROM TODAY. Went through the drive thru and they forgot to add cold foam to my drink. Gentlemen at the counter was very rude and asked "What? What's wrong?" Then poured my some of my drink out and threw some cold foam on it... highly unsatisfied.
