Definitely one of the worst Starbucks ive ever been to. I speak clearly when ordering and very politely as ive worked customer service jobs and know they're tough. They still horribly messed up my order and then gave ridiculous looks and attitude when I asked for them to make a new one (asked for ice chai latte with cold foam and oat milk and got bitter coffee with melted cream on top)
Don’t order pickup from here putting a drink lose in a bag is crazy

My least favorite Starbucks. Most of the time, the drinks don't taste quite right. The last time I went, the pumpkin spice latte tasted like old coffee and some kind of spice that didn't taste like pumpkin.
