The team this morning made working early MUCH easier by helping me do a large coffee order for coworkers. They were attentive, fast, and so so so kind!
Mildly unpleasant associate informed us that we could not purchase a gift card for our daughter-in-law with cash. You're happy to accept cash for product but not a gift card? What bonehead comes up with these policies? If I was a stockholder in Starbucks, I'd be furious that they're turning away business for the most asinine reasons. Scooter's coffee was more than happy to accept our cash.
Second time I’ve tried to order coffee within a couple of months and they don’t have any. Today the girl told me, “I can only do water.” THEN WHY ARE YOU EVEN OPEN.
