I love that when I go there, everyone is so nice. I mobile order, and most of the people that work there (not the newer ones though) know me by name when I walk in. Make my days just a little happier.
Last Friday & Saturday I had an issue with an employee named April. Upon entering the store i was greeted by her calling me HON, as in "Honey how can i help you." After getting my dark roast coffee, she once again said, "here ya go HON," all the while it appeared she was having a conversation with a drive-up customer, even though she was looking at me, but not directing here conversation towards me and then turned her back to me.
