It’s nice to see Starbucks putting effort into improving the store environment. But drink accuracy has been inconsistent lately. Orders are frequently made incorrectly.
Now I like Starbucks, but the barista here acted very unprofessional. I went up to order my drink and told the women my name which is “Mike Awklong”. Now I don’t see anything wrong with my name, as it is an old family name, but the women clearly had a problem with it and got angry at me and told me to leave.
