Management is a joke, bought drinks and didn’t taste like every other Starbucks we go to and they denied a refund even though we returned the drinks full. Thankfully we got a hold of customer service of Starbucks, they helped us out.
Bad Customer service again!!! They made my drink with regular milk instead of oak milk. When I asked them to make it with oak milk instead they denied it and said they can’t. I was super confused so instead of complaining I’m writing this review and I promise I will NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN because this is not the first time they’ve had bad service.
