Rude staff, Better shutdown instead giving bad service. Hope it reaches to the management.
This was hands down the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I don’t know what changed in the last month, but the quality has completely gone downhill. I had a great drink here before, but this time it was barely drinkable. Total waste of my bucks. It used to be good now it’s just disappointing. Not coming back anytime soon.
This was the WORST Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The drink was awful completely undrinkable and a total waste of money. To make it worse, the tall guy named Selim was incredibly rude and arrogant to customers. His attitude alone is enough to drive people away. If this is the kind of service Starbucks is allowing, they won’t survive long not with people like him representing the brand. Never coming back.
