01/23/25: went at 9am, they are unable to make any drinks. No reason given. HORRIBLE! The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I came last week and couldn’t place an order. You’ll never guess why. They were out of coffee. COFFEE!!! This is Starbucks, how is that even possible?! Today is Nov 7, the new holiday flavors are out today. And guess what? You guessed it! They don’t have any of the new holiday syrups. The manager needs to be fired, it doesn’t make sense why there are always issues at this location
The Starbucks app says this location opens at 6am. I arrived at 7:45 am and this location is closed. It’s closed because the staff hasn’t shown up for work! 1:45 after their opening time and still no workers! And this isn’t a one off situation, this happens weekly at this location. Not sure why management can’t seem to hire reliable staff but this location is poorly ran! Can’t wait for the new Starbucks on Hwy 78 to open!!
Every time I give in and decide to go to this location due to convenience of not driving to the actual drive through it just always is horrible . The staff is eighter on a FaceTime call while taking orders or understaffed. Who ever is the manager for this location needs to be replaced because it’s no ones fault but. your own. Do better
Waited 25 mins to get one cup of brewed coffee. I was the only one in line. She had 4 people to make drinks for so 5 total and I get it's only her but even when it was finally my time she didn't have coffee brewed. That was unbelievable to wait that long for a cup of brewed coffee
You all need to close this place if you can't get help for the early mornings. I waited 30 minutes for a latte smh . The young man was polite but who cares after waiting 30 minutes
