Pretty much the worst and slowest coffee shop in the brand.
It’s ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait to get your drinks. They have 3 employees 2 are doing the same thing which is taking out the trash and you have one guy doing drinks and poor guy looks like he needs help. It’s so slow. The lady at the cash register was rude and was trying to take my order and talking on the phone. The are more then 10 people here waiting for their drinks. And then the girl that is serving the food doesn’t even call the costumers name!! Then on top of that the gave my cup all full of cream ... read more
Terrible customer service. All teenager with HUGE attitudes. Not one of them stepped up and fixed the issue. Asked me to wait 1 hour for refill tried to keep me hostage at location. They are not educated about their own policies. Had a decent interaction with shift lead Liz who made it right but the staff should have been well trained to take care of it on the first visit.
