As a Starbucks partner, one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Staff was incredibly rude and impatient and also made my drink incorrectly in multiple ways (made with whole milk, not oatmilk (am lactose intolerant) and also forgot the flavor in my drink) even though I repeated my drink order 3 times. Typical Starbucks location service is good. Places clean and well maintained
Worst Starbucks in the area. Save your money & time and do not visit this location. They don’t know how to make good drinks…this is the 3rd time I’ve been here & I’m done. The Lansdowne location is always great tho! Go there instead & there’s a drive-thru there. This Leesburg location needs new staff & management. Also called them & no one picks up.
I honestly don't know what's going on with this location. It used to be fine, but in recent months good luck getting your order in a timely fashion, even if you pre-order on the app. Today, only ordered a food item that doesn't need to be heated, and more than ten minutes later they still didn't have it out. Dude acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked for it finally and actually went to the pick up area first like I hadn't checked there first. Not the first time this has happened in recent weeks.
