I honestly don't know what's going on with this location. It used to be fine, but in recent months good luck getting your order in a timely fashion, even if you pre-order on the app. Today, only ordered a food item that doesn't need to be heated, and more than ten minutes later they still didn't have it out. Dude acted like I was an inconvenience when I asked for it finally and actually went to the pick up area first like I hadn't checked there first. Not the first time this has happened in recent weeks. Staff here is by far the worst I have ever encountered at a Starbucks with most sleepwalking through their duties. It’s like they’re doing you a tremendous favor by making a coffee and forget about them calling out your name when your order is ready. At least try. Really sad.

Waited 30 minutes for two coffees today- not first time - Many days they have limited coffee or no dark roast -
