Ziara was absolutely amazing! She had great customer service and listened to me. The best drink i’ve ever had from here!
Made espresso exactly as ordered.
I was there earlier and this Hispanic young lady attended me with such a rude attitude. I asked for her name and she said her name was Ana I come to this Starbucks a lot and never seen her so she must be new. They need train her on her costumer service. Because she was extremely rude.
For years this Starbucks has been our favorite coffee spot but today they did not provide the A1 service they have provided in the past. Very disappointed!!! First, we ordered 3 drinks and they don’t label any of the drinks. Secondly, they did not provide cups sleeves for the hot drinks. Then, the cashier tells us just feel the weight of the cup in order to determine which drink is which. That is not professional response to a customer that doesn’t know the weight of the drink. The guy that took our other April 3,2024 around 11:45am . Very bad attitude, didn’t want to listen to me explain exactly what I wanted to order. He acted like we was bothering him and when I told him I wanted to change 2 of my orders he got a little of upset with me , but never made it so why was you so mad . So we just end up ordering 2 drinks , breads a few other things.
