Unusual to get such poor service. It didn't seem busy at all. Ordered ahead, showed up 5 minutes after end of time frame shown. Was told it was being worked on and drive around. Waited forever for the only car in front of me to be taken care of. Never greeted when I pulled up to the window. Waited for quite some time again. Was handed my drinks with no words spoken by the batista. Never a "hello" or "sorry for the wait" or anything. Disappointed.
What is happening at this Starbucks. I came here twice and everyone is so rude. It’s especially confusing because midwestern people are usually so nice. Both days eyes were rolled at me by two different people. Is this why everyone mobile orders? Also my drink is on the menu, no customizations.
Waited for a drink for forever and my drink was disgusting. Ordered a matcha iced latte and the barista put wayy too much matcha powder in it. It was a dark green and had clumps of powder in it.
