I needed a receipt for my order to expense it but was never offered one. It was “too late” by the time I asked for one. Shouldn’t really have to ask in the first place. It was also too late to scan for my Starbucks points. Then my drink had foam overflowing from the lid. This kind of service and they have the nerve to demand a tip. Absolutely ridiculous. Poor visit to this store, poor customer service, poor attitude. Employee behind the counter swearing and very poor attitude. Left is standing there waiting to order while she talk to someone about a schedule. Customers come first, I want to be contacted and reimbursed for my order. The order was wrong as well.
