One of the barista's wrote 'Cold BOO!' with a little ghost instead of 'cold brew', and that made me very happy :)
The only thing correct in my order was that it was iced. I ordered a grande iced oat milk latte with an extra shot and received a grande iced chai latte with whole milk. I didn’t realize the mix up until I was 10 minutes down the highway and began to drink it (I was driving back to indy from Michigan).
