I am a very frequent flyer and the service has been getting worse and worse!
Love this Starbucks! I frequent it many times when visiting the berkshire or on my way up north. Drinks are made up to company standard and employees are just doing their job. So happy to have this Starbucks in the area.
Always friendly staff, enough seating, and plenty of parking.
Due to my traveling job I recently moved to this town about 3 months ago. I have had exceptional service up until yesterday 8/7. I have been ordering the same drink made the exact same way every single day. Most of the baristas know my order by heart. A barista by the name of Kylie however (not sure if that’s her real name, or a fake name was given) took it upon herself to catch an attitude with me when I told her my drink was made wrong.
