Due to my traveling job I recently moved to this town about 3 months ago. I have had exceptional service up until yesterday 8/7. I have been ordering the same drink made the exact same way every single day. Most of the baristas know my order by heart. A barista by the name of Kylie however (not sure if that’s her real name, or a fake name was given) took it upon herself to catch an attitude with me when I told her my drink was made wrong. Starbucks near the Lee Mass outlets. Great 👍 staff
I walked in, and the line was so long that I decided to use the ladies room 1st. It was so filthy and disgusting in there that I turned around and left the establishment itself. I don't know how fair it was to judge the whole store based on what I saw in the bathroom, since they were busy out front, but it was obvious that no one had been in there to service it in quite a while. There was no tp, and the room was filthy.
