Abi was making my drink and was all ice i could barely get my straw to the bottom and asked if she could take some ice she took it gave me a dirty look and dumped half of it down the dain and all the gave it back to me half empty then I asked for it to be remade she didn't even blend it. Huge chunks of matcha not even drinkable
The lady taking the order was on her phone and then wiped her nose 4 times while handling food all without washing hands. Super gross XD
