This has to be the slowest working starbucks in the country. Orders consistently take 3x longer or even more than what the app tells you. When you ask about your order there is 1 barista that will argue with you about how long they can take to make orders. Absolutely ridiculous
I come here every other morning around 5 AM and my mobile order is never ready and there are rarely any customers at this time. Not coming back
Dear Starbucks Customer Service, A disturbing incident took place at your store today. A barista(manager) named Star became aggressive after being asked to replace a drink. The request was made because she had unsanitarily put her four fingers inside the cup. In response, she left the counter. Did not want to give less rating because I love starbucks in general. However, please wear gloves or atleast don't pick nose before making drink.
