Bought a bag of beans, the guy asked if I wanted them ground. I said no at first, then changed my mind figured I’ll take a chance they can grind the beans well. I asked if he could grind them medium-coarse. He said no problem.. after he rang me up again I mention “Medium coarse right” , he said yes! Beans were border fine/medium.. bought these beans for my cold brew tower.. waste of money. Looks like the baristas can only take orders versus knowing the coffee. Order was September 14, around 1:25-1:30 PM.

The coffee is the best
The drinks came out pretty quick. It's just that this location has a really weird drive-thru and I worry each time I pull up to the window that I'm going to scratch the car on the building or the pillars
Prefer not to go to this location even though it’s close to my house. Careless baristas. Sloppy drinks.The Starbucks inside of target in Niles is running laps around this store. They need to retrain everyone or get a whole new crew. You can tell when a bad crew of young people are ruining a store & a lack of good managment!
