no supervising. employees do anything but coffee. I was waiting 20 min in drive thru, not many customers inside. Latte was good.
My food was good and hot but they never called my name so it was colder than expected since I was waiting in the cafe for it. My drink was made I correctly. When I requested the drink to be remade, the barista did it but shortened the drink amount t because I said no ice. When asked to fill it to the top she refused.
I had a pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. Very friendly staff.
