Worse starbucks ever their credit card system it doesnt work and they let costumer order when they go to the window they tell them can you go in front to pay but your inside how can the costumer go park and pay from drive through bad theyre not professional be nice
I am a regular customer at this location and visit at least five times a week. Recently, I stopped by and simply asked to use the restroom, but the barista refused to let me use it. I was surprised and disappointed by this experience. I am a frequent paying customer, and I was well-presented and respectful. The way I was treated felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Because of the barista’s attitude, I decided to leave immediately. As someone who visits this location so often, I expected a much better customer experience.
I placed a mobile order online and walked in when the drink was supposed to be ready. The baristas had barely started the drinks, ok fine (granted it wasn’t busy but whatever). I’m sitting inside waiting for my drinks, and I hear the employees talking about the order with a very high volume. The girl was asking “what is a pink cannonball? How do I make this?” which I was fine hearing because I know the menu can be hard to get down. I visited this location on 05/13 around 4:00 PM and had an incredibly disappointing encounter with the cashier (short, curly hair, heavy makeup/lashes). From the start, she was visibly annoyed, snapping her teeth and rolling her eyes while taking my order. She was also remarkably harsh to her someone over the headset. After making me repeat my order twice, I politely asked if she got it, and she just rolled her eyes and snapped, "Yeah."
