Yall missed the mark today. We stopped in for two Frappuccino’s today one venti Carmel ribbon crunch and one venti caramel Frappuccino with extra Carmel drizzle. We sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes were charged for our correct drinks and received two ribbon crunches neither with extra drizzle they have the right stickers but were made incorrectly and no one needs to be stuck in the drive thru boxed in for 30 minutes. Especially not to get their order wrong. Gotta do better to get that 5!
Top tier store! I ordered my Misto online & when I entered the store I was immediately welcomed in. The facility was very clean & my bev was ready to go. I asked for a little more cinnamon & 2 pup cups & he staff was friendly & accommodating. They asked me to have a nice day & I will! I was an SM & it was a pleasure to see the gold standard. Thank you
