Love getting my birthday Reward!!!!!
Went in today. Spent 24 dollars on two venti drinks. Both filled with ice close to the top. Feels cheap that they would fill it up with so much ice, which means less coffee. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. Update: Contacted costumer service and they made it right.
I had a wonderful experience with the drive through order pick up. Like moved very quickly, staff was pleasant, and my order was great!
They refused to sell me coffe in my own cup, a starbucks cup that i bought there. I used it earlier that morning, so it had a little letftover residual coffee ,but was empty. They said it needed to be clean! What do they care, just put coffe in it and i let me worry about the cleanliness of the cup. I didnt ask them to drink out of it.
