Avoid as much as possible! Kept me waiting at the counter for 15 mins. Kept dropping things and spilling stuff while making the order before mine. And then after 15 mins of wait tells me they don’t have the drink. Only that she just made the exact same drink right before me. No apologies, nothing which is plain rude. Staff is not friendly. Save yourself the wait and go to a separate standing Starbucks where the staff is courteous.
This place is so awesome I go to the one in Ellisville everyday for my strawberry lemonade refresher with extra strawberry and base there was a few time they didn't put extra in it but that don't stop me from going back everyday my because it's my favorite and oh yea can't leave out the cheese Danish and banana bread love it 💜

Went to get drinks for my mom and I. Ordered a pink drink and iced caramel macchiato, nothing too crazy. The cashier was talking to one of her friends that “showed up to say hi” that didn’t even work there and was having a conversation with her while i was trying to tell her my order.
