it is 11:30 in the morning and there are 8 cars in line. why does it take 40 MINUTES to finally get my food, just for it to be cold! and the ice in my drink melted! the only person actually working is blatantly the manager, while her employees sit around and gossip. megan you were amazing, but get your employees in line. i’ve never witnessed such a lack of hustle and care for customers. such an unprofessional environment, do better!
