The baristas have always been good and friendly, but lately it seems the orders for pikes place are taken and then just sit for eternity on the coffee maker. And especially so when requesting a refill. Sometimes it sits so long it cools off and has to be dumped and repoured. Maybe they're just understaffed and being overworked?

Drive through ordering is not well done. Delivery may not match the order. Will check my order before driving away next time.

I stopped by this Starbucks today in the early morning to get a bagel. I was going to order it off the mobile app but decided that I wanted to eat my bagel fresh so I figure I'll order it when I'm at the store. Since I came in the early morning, I think only drive thru is open because all the chairs inside was on the table so I went to the drive thru line. Great neighborhood Starbucks. Friendly baristas. The drive-thru line usually moves pretty quick except for the occasional crazy day. They always get my drinks right unlike some of the other Simi locations.
