The Starbucks in Simi Valley is one of the best! The staff here is always friendly and welcoming, and they get your order just right every time. The store is clean, cozy, and has a great vibe perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I really appreciate how fast the service is, even when it’s busy. Definitely my favorite Starbucks location in the area!
I stopped by this Starbucks and was really impressed! The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming — true high-level hospitality. Everything is spotless and neatly organized, making the whole place feel cozy and comfortable. There’s plenty of seating, even spots with chargers, which is super convenient. Parking was easy too, at least for me. Just a really nice and positive atmosphere all around
The baristas have always been good and friendly, but lately it seems the orders for pikes place are taken and then just sit for eternity on the coffee maker. And especially so when requesting a refill. Sometimes it sits so long it cools off and has to be dumped and repoured. Maybe they're just understaffed and being overworked?
