I didn’t realize this was a Starbucks at a campus D:
Ordered at register a single drink. People ordering after me kept getting their drinks before me. After 25 mins I asked how many others are in front of me and the woman said 1,but my cup was shoved in a corner. I then just asked if I could get a refund and the cashier was rude and interrupted me when I asked if the other customers order on the mobile app or why was it taking almost half an hour for one drink. Fast service
They messed up my order! I asked for a venti iced chai latte with two espresso shots and it tasted like water! The only solution the employee gave me was to put more coffee on it! And it tasted even worse! I always got the same thing and nobody ever messed up like that!
