The food options were great I only wanted a quick drink but, whilst I was ordering a drink, the cashier couldn't find the no whip option for my drink. She asked for help and got yelled at in front of me. The environment there does not seem safe. The cashier had really great energy and the others were fast at making my drink. It was a lot of people back there! My drink was perfect. They have a station where you can add your own milk as well. Would come again if the attitudes were better!
My daughter and I are frequent customers here. We always have a good experience. It even made my day when they take the extra time to write a note on the side of my cup with motivating or possitive affirmations. its the small things
I didn’t realize this was a Starbucks at a campus D:
Ordered at register a single drink. People ordering after me kept getting their drinks before me. After 25 mins I asked how many others are in front of me and the woman said 1,but my cup was shoved in a corner. I then just asked if I could get a refund and the cashier was rude and interrupted me when I asked if the other customers order on the mobile app or why was it taking almost half an hour for one drink.
