I ordered ahead to take my order to go for my lunch break. Made it back to my job and realized I was given the wrong item. I checked my online receipt to make sure I didn't make a mistake and sticker on the packet and the receipt Match, just the wrong item.

I just went to starbucks to get me a drink for the morning to start my shift at work and when i pull up everything’s fine but when i got up to the window the lady doesn’t say a single word to me. Hands me my drink and smiles which my drink was also made wrong and missing ingredients. i usually like going here and have a good experience but that was a horrible way to start my morning. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there it’s that simple.
