OK, so I know it's Starbucks coffee which is average (especially given the price) but consistent. But THIS location is probably my favorite Starbucks that I have been to. I don't know who is in charge of hiring at this location but they are going above and beyond! 3.5 stars for the coffee - again, not the greatest but you know what to expect no matter where you are in the world. I ordered ahead to take my order to go for my lunch break. Made it back to my job and realized I was given the wrong item. I checked my online receipt to make sure I didn't make a mistake and sticker on the packet and the receipt Match, just the wrong item.
I ordered coffee not ice! It’s a venti cup of pure ice!
I just went to starbucks to get me a drink for the morning to start my shift at work and when i pull up everything’s fine but when i got up to the window the lady doesn’t say a single word to me. Hands me my drink and smiles which my drink was also made wrong and missing ingredients. i usually like going here and have a good experience but that was a horrible way to start my morning. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there it’s that simple.
