There’s a young lady with pink short hair that seems like she doesn’t like working with the public. Im sure I’m not the only one that feels unwelcome. The times I’ve gone in, no greeting upon walking in or smile and the one time I had an interaction with her because of a mistake on my drink she had a snotty attitude. Please don’t work with the public if you can’t offer the least of having “customer service”.
Ordered three drinks- none had writing on the cups, two had quality issues. Cold foam should set on top of the ice and look thick and creamy. My orange cream matcha cold foam was watery and seeped straight to the bottom :( Barista was clearly annoyed I kindly asked for a remake- I’m paying $6 a drink… oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Kaitlyn who took my order was very awesome!
