Cleanliness was my biggest issue Dirty tables leather chairs were soiled and staff seemed overwhelmed

Took my Wife in to order her some Starbucks after a long day and a much needed Pick me up and she ordered the same thing she orders for mobile pick up and other Starbucks locations and this is the FIRST time she was told she couldn't order extra pumpkin foam. Might seem like no big deal however we know you can and NO REASON was provided as to why. The shift manager by the name of MADDIE called the police and trespassed my wife from this location.
