the staff is terrible . don't understand anything about coffee . can't tell the difference between coffee and milk . they charged me over 10$ for a cake and a glass of milk . but what i needed was espresso . i'm pretty angry
Came to target and planned to stop at Starbucks before shopping. Came to the store near closing time but they were still open and refused to serve myself and three other customers because he wouldn't be able to leave at closing time and he would have to reclean. Very poor service.
Starbucks has been a staple in our household, and we have not been disappointed by the service nor the coffee. However, if something happens you better believe I will get these fingers typing.
