I am writing to ask the management to try and address the issue of the drive through line. In my many years going to starbucks I've never seen one this slow. Everything else is up to part but this is a real issue for those who use that option for convenience.
This Starbucks location is absolutely fantastic! The team here is always friendly, upbeat, and quick to make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. My drink is consistently perfect—fresh, smooth, and made exactly the way I like it every single time. This place is unprofessional! This morning the barista made my online order with too much whip and not enough coffee. The serving looked like a tall in a venti cup. She insisted on correcting it after I asked why there was not enough coffee in my fappè. She made me another drink without any coffee roast on purpose. It was just frustrating to see how childish she behaved... won’t not recommend and will not be stopping by here again for a Mocha Cookie Crumble again.
