I always come for the medicine balls and vanilla chai tea🥰 So delicious.
Sometimes it takes a little longer to prepare food or drinks. That happens, it’s understandable. You can’t just have people sit at the drive through window for 5+ minutes with no communication at all. And there wasn’t much business at all. That’s not really even a matter of training. Bad service how you ask me if I want a straw with a cold drink ?
If I could give zero stars I would. I have been frequenting this Starbucks since I moved to Laurel. There have been quite a few times I was treated poorly by baristas. I typically shrug it off because my drink is always made correctly. However today my drink was incorrectly made my by mary ann or Marianne. I advised her of this and she continued to argue. The worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks location. The cashier wasn’t paying attention and caused a delay in the drive thru.The barista was rude and made unnecessary comments about making my refresher because she clearly didn’t want to do her job.The staff needs proper training on customer service. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this location. Nor will I return.
