Horrible el trato de las trabajadoras de allí siempre con mal carácter como si estuvieran trabajando a la fuerza, fui hace 3 días y me trataron muy mal y por eso me fui y no pedí nada y hoy julio 10 del 2026 volví por qué quería que mi esposa probara una bebida nueva que estaba allí y la misma actitud mala con un carácter de enfado como si no les gustara su trabajo que mejor renuncien y se consigan otro trabajo que si les guste, no vuelvo a comprar allí en ese Starbucks del food city lástima de tienda.

The service was very poor; it felt like we were bothering them by asking them to be more polite and empathetic. It's their job, and everyone deserves to be treated well.

I work at the hospital across the street and you would think a prime location like this would assist us better . I’ll get there early and they will stand at the door looking at you till 6 o click on the dot . Today they would not even open the door . Made everyone go drive thru so took 15 min to get a pre order coffee . Always something wrong at this location .
