Iced upside down caramel macchiato!!
I was double charged for my latte at this store 2 days in a row. The first day I had to go into the store and dispute it, it took 15 minutes. Had to drive all the way back and they reversed the charge. The next day the same thing a double charge. I waited a day to see if it was my bank, not my bank. Both charges are there. I got ripped off, because I do not have time or energy to waste to go back again for $7.
Friendly. Fast. Efficient
I ordered a Pink drink with Strawberry Puree. Plus 3 other drinks. I was charged for the extra puree but, it wasn't added to drink. This is the second time at this same location, which I luv and the staff is great ESPECIALLY Ms. Martha on morning shift. If a customer ask and pays for it. Make is right, that's all I'm asking as a customer.
