This is like my 3rd time getting a coffee while this lady is the barista and she is just so terrible. She doesn’t have any manners at all, zero hospitality! Gave me the wrong order and she was rude about it! Pic of what she gave me, I asked for a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino…
Why are they so rude? Employer that works there was very rude for no reason. After she made the drink, I asked her if it’s a caramel frappe or salted caramel mocha frappe. She said it’s what you asked for the caramel mocha frappe. It’s literally just a caramel frappe no mocha on the drink what so ever.. I don’t care if they make mistake but don’t be rude about it.. if you hate your job so much, maybe find a new job where it makes you happy.
