My friend and I visited this location and were the only people in line and throughout the inside of the store, there were 6 employees working at the time. I ordered my drink first, a frappe, and she ordered hers after mine, a special latte. We waited for 35-40 minutes for the drinks and hers came out 10-15 minutes before my drink which I ordered first and was also less complex than her drink. They were so ice and helpful I was tired and didn't know what I wanted they literally walked me through what flavor and what I need thanks for my mocha shaken espresso
Horrible service!!!! Two of your baristas were in the back yelling and laughing the entire time I waited at the register, and came out with a complete attitude. Not to mention the FILFTH behind the counter. Trash all over the floor, drinks spilled all over the counter. It was insanity. I will never return.
