It never fails my mobile order takes 20 to 25 minutes. I tried asking a barista right by the mobile orders that I needed a stopper for the extra hot tea. I had to ask repeatedly as she acted like I wasn’t there. Then she corrects me of course because I’m here to learn. Apparently it’s a splash cover. I literally order there everyday and it’s always the same attitude you get. She’s a tall middle aged with woman with glasses. I don’t expect much but being blatantly ignored for no reason.
