Frequent customer and service this location is consistently good quality in the drinks/food they make, quality of service they provide, and they all seem to really embrace the team approach. I can’t say they never have a miss-step, we’re all human it happens; but in over 10+ years, I can’t recall a single time they haven’t offered to make it right. This location definitely stands out to other locations in SE Michigan.
It was a terrible mistake to come here. I paid $4 for a cup of tea, only to have it ruined. Humans have been making tea for 6000 years. In that time we’ve perfected the amount of tea required for a cup. We made special spoons and even called them “teaspoons” so we knew we were getting it right. Doubling the amount of tea used doesn’t make for a better cup of tea, it just means that the tea is trashed and should not be drank by anyone. Now I’m out of $4.00 and I’ve learned my lesson.
I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino. Very Good. Got seconds. Very quiet and peaceful, hardly any noise or chatter. Great place to relax and chill.
