Typically Starbucks is Starbucks so there is nothing earth-shattering to post. However, at this particular Starbucks, the staff was extremely happy and helpful. It made it a nice visit. Normally I only go to Starbucks for my daughter because it is grossly overpriced.
The staff was either pissed that they had to work or too tired to care. I ordered a caramel machiato coffee and they either didn't put caramel in it or they didn't mix it. My daughter got a caramel ribbon crunch and same thing, either no caramel or they didn't mix it. They were snippy with everyone. Total terrible experience!
i went there today and ordered a couple drinks, the worker messed up my order and when i told her that she got angry with me and started slamming things around. very rude worker.
