I’m here at least twice a week and this is my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff make the drinks so well and if something is off they are quick to fix it. The espresso never tastes burnt and you can tell everything is super clean.
If I could give no stars I would. I’ve came to this location a few times and it is terrible every time. I wanted decaf black coffee, sat there waiting for 10 minutes for someone to finally come over with my sticker saying “we don’t do decaf/caffeinated coffee hot and ready” …what do you mean, you’re a coffee shop and all you can offer me is a “pour over” cup of coffee. It wasn’t even hot, it was warm, who wants a warm cup of coffee. And the only other option they can offer is an Americano that tastes like watered down coffee... read more
I’m not a Starbucks regular. I stopped here while traveling to obtain coffee and a sandwich. The sandwich was made perfectly, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was conducive to enjoy our fare, and the restrooms were immaculately clean.
It’s in a supermarket. The staff are nice but don’t know how to prepare foam for espresso drinks, however the manager compensates by niggling on the price.
