A great experience flor was the woman that took my order what the best attitude and service I've ever gotten at any Starbucks ever she was so polite and courteous even though she was working by herself training a new employee. She was absolutely awesome

Ordered two travelers (large container of coffee for a group of people) - one for coffee and one for hot cocoa. Paid for them the night before. They were supposed to be ready by 0700 the next day. I arrived at 0720, the barista has no idea what I'm talking about. She acted like it was the first time she'd ever even heard of a traveler.
