Great service and staff, Kolby was especially friendly
Ordered two travelers (large container of coffee for a group of people) - one for coffee and one for hot cocoa. Paid for them the night before. They were supposed to be ready by 0700 the next day. I arrived at 0720, the barista has no idea what I'm talking about. She acted like it was the first time she'd ever even heard of a traveler.
