Four people working in the small kiosk and my heated sandwich came out several minutes before my brewed coffee from the carafe. What happened to customer service?
Drinks are always great and service is friendly.
If you ask a question they will literally just put that on your table and push you through the line one way or another you're going to get one thing that you don't want and they're going to literally find a way to make the thing that is definitely not the thing you want sound like that's what you asked for. Even when trying to ask questions to clarify they never help. It's happened to me numerous times I know I'm not the only one.
