Bad customer service. Wrong drink and bugged when I complained.
The baristas are very mean and they have horrible attitude. mind you it’s 8 in the morning! They treat summer institute students like trash and the old bald man with glasses even said “I hope it’s not like this every morning” in-front of our faces
They treat students like dogs. There’s only a few nice baristas but the whole place is very hostile and unwelcoming. Music is so loud to the point where noise cancelling + 70% volume on AirPods pro isn’t enough. Students go there only because they have no other options on this campus. Going there feels like compromising self worth every time. Somebody should send an audit here.
A university Starbucks that ticks the boxes of what you need. Can be busy during lunch hours for students. And they have a habit of closing without notice during holiday weekend. Most of the staff are super sweet and fast working. Be aware some staff are students of the university and so work slower or don't always know how to properly make a drink. Be patient!
very inconsistent with their drinks, would be good one day and bad the next. service is hit or miss. there's this one rude asian girl with glasses that seems like she hates her job there. why work if you're gonna be rude. she would not show any enthusiasm or joy and has the rudest replies. just tells you "what else", "done", and "next" in the most impolite and monotone manner.
