The guy who took my order, whose name tag said Bilal, was incredibly rude to me as I was ordering. He was giving me a dirty look and spoke to me in a very rude tone. After I ordered he just told me to go over there, pointing to the counter as if I got in trouble or something in that kind of tone. The other staff was nice as they prepared my drink, but he was very disrespectful to the customers.
Bad customer service. Wrong drink and bugged when I complained.
The baristas are very mean and they have horrible attitude. mind you it’s 8 in the morning! They treat summer institute students like trash and the old bald man with glasses even said “I hope it’s not like this every morning” in-front of our faces
