Nothing against the store, everything against the hours from 10-12 when the store fills up with middle school kids. Delays drinks like crazy and an incredibly obnoxious atmosphere
Great location for coffee and people watching, lots of seating and windows. The staff is super friendly and attentive, I definitely feel welcomed whenever I come here.
My review here is about the customer service, which has been fine on most occasions I have gone in here, but was mind-blowingly strange on my last visit. Here's what happened: After ordering my drink the woman staffer asked me if I wanted anything else. Me: "No thanks. I just had lunch." Her: "Oh, what did you have?" Me, slightly baffled as it is not relevant to me ordering a drink: "Ummm. A Caesar's salad." Her: "Oh, that's not very healthy. It has a lot of calories that aren't good for you." Take care! So far behind on drinks that I had to leave before picking up my paid-for drink because of time issues. Do not trust this place to get your drink done in a reasonable amount of time in the mornings.
