This is by far the world's worst Starbucks. It's almost as if they hate making money. Just in the 10 minutes that I was in line, before I left without ordering, I saw 7 other customers leave out of frustration. The staff is apathetic and incompetent. Ruined my first experience at SDF airport. Appalling experience all around. Starbucks needs to review this location. For management, I would strongly urge you to review the staff that were working around 2pm on Sep 19th.
The absolute WORST Starbucks you could ever spend your money at. The drinks are hilariously wrong 100% of the time and are not the same at all vs going to any other location. Avoid at all costs! The drinks they make are not proportioned the same as other locations and you get so much less espresso for your money.
One of the baristas went out of her way to remake my drink even though they were very busy, she was so kind
Abysmal service. Waited 30 minutes for coffee and had to leave without the food so we wouldn’t miss our flight. I couldn’t believe how incompetent they were I’ve never experienced this at a Starbucks before.
They asked me for the name for my order. I told them, but when they called out completed orders, they put them on the counter and never said any names. I told a barista that I never got my order, and she said she would make me another one. Another 15 minutes later, I checked on the status and she said she put it on the pick-up counter a while ago. So both times, some stranger took my orders. Terrible waste of time.
