Its a good Starbucks just service could be better.
Title: Flat White, Flat Vibes, so not Fetch My flat white was all foam, no milk. Not flat, not white, not drinkable. Bathroom had no soap. I let them know, and they acted like I was the idiot for not knowing their “secret” to using a broken dispenser. Cute. Still no soap. Honestly felt like I walked into a clique that resented having to do their jobs. Whole vibe was weird and weirdly mean. Except the guy who rung us up. He was cool/normal. Why the other two even got involved is a mystery.
Awesome location and sweet, personable baristas. Shoutout to Bodie!! He's the supervisor there and an experienced, professional person.
I just redeemed my birthday drink, and everyone in the store was giving such a good vibe. The drink was made perfectly and I appreciated my birthday starting in a positive way.
