I’ve been consistently disappointed by the poor management. They frequently run out of even basic breakfast items during non busy days, and the environment can be chaotic, with kids running around making a lot of noise while the staff and manager do nothing to address it. It’s clear that leadership is not attentive to customer experience or store operations. I hope to see some real improvements soon.

Loyal Customer Hoping for a Changing Station Before Closure As a customer who has shopped here multiple times over the past while, I've always noted the lack of a diaper changing station in the restroom. While I managed previously, it became a significant inconvenience during my visit today with my infant. I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but during my recent visit, I asked for a cup of ice at the counter when getting my coffee and was told, “Next time, ask at the register so that we can keep a sequence.” While I did receive the ice, the tone felt unfriendly for such a simple request. I expected a warmer interaction, especially given Starbucks’ reputation for customer service.
