I was given whole milk latte instead of soy latte. There was an egg in my sandwich after I told them to remove cheese and egg. Pretty sure they seemed blissfully unaware as to what dietary restrictions folks could have

I ordered an iced Dubai matcha, but she gave me an iced matcha latte instead. She also charged me for the latte, which was more expensive than the Dubai matcha. When I asked her about it, she said they didn’t have the Dubai matcha

I have empathy for service industry workers and understand how demanding the job can be. That said, I’ve had multiple discouraging experiences at this location with unnecessarily rude staff. During my most recent visit, I came in to pick up a mobile order. Had it been busy, I would’ve wanted to be respectful of everyone’s time, but there was no visible rush. Shout out to Garett the barista. I ordered a custom drink through him multiple times and he always delivers. Quick, easy and friendly service. The food was hot and good as well. 10/10 very much recommend him.
