I ordered a cup of coffee with a splash of half and half over the mobile app along with a sandwich on 7/20. It’s an order I place regularly without complications, except when Maya is there. On 7/20 Maya curtly greeted me with sour eyes and a dismissive demeanor. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a Starbucks. Not only that she didn’t make my sandwich that I ordered. There are so many people who would die to work here. This woman seems like she’s in pain having to talk and help anyone. Gonna wait for basecamp coffee to open next time. I can’t find work anywhere but people like this stuck around for years how ? Blonde older woman Friday morning. Awful.
Only after asking if it was stolen did the barista start making my mobile order. Which means she got started 3 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be already finished. Then watched her take the order of another and complete that before getting back to my order. It'd be super sick if they did their job! Latest order took 40 minutes.
